Small Business Heroes – Marmi Shoes

Marmi Shoes has been a cherished and devoted client of Techwood’s for over 10 years. Like many businesses nationwide who have local brick and mortar locations, they were forced to close all locations in order to prioritize the health and well being of their staff and the communities they serve and love so much.

As they always have, Marmi Shoes instantly created ways to remain selling to their customers online, while also giving back in this time of need for so many across the nation. It’s truly been an honor to hear details on all of their efforts.
For every order placed in April, Marmi will donate a pair of shoes to a charity in need. Examples of charities sponsored: Soles4Souls, NCJW, United Way, and more.

A letter from their founder Todd Wolff can be found below.

It is with a heavy heart and great love for our local communities, as well as our nation, that we must do what is best for us all.

Our Marmi family extends across the country, and we’ve made this important but difficult decision in cooperation with local and national authorities in light of the current health crisis.

As a family-owned business, we are struggling with the events of the last
few weeks and we all share in the uncertainty of the future. We ask for your support as we, like many others, navigate this unprecedented moment.

We will remain, as always, committed to our customers and employees.
Our catalog and website operations are still up and running.

We’re available via phone at 1-800-966-2764 during the hours of 10:00 am CST until 4:00 pm CST. We’re also online anytime at Marmishoes.com.

The Marmi team and the Wolff family send our heartfelt support to anyone suffering as a result of the current situation. We thank you for your patronage and we look forward to seeing you in our stores during brighter days ahead.

Be well and stay safe.
